On-Farm Slaughter Services

James, our skilled slaughter man, has been with us for five years. He provides on-farm slaughter services at the customer’s location, ensuring a humane and stress-free process. After slaughter, the carcass is transported to our farm for processing.

Pricing:

  • Beef – $200
  • Pigs – $125
  • Lamb/Goat – $100

Meat Cutting Fees:

  • Custom Cutting & Wrapping – $1.50 per pound
  • Wild Game Processing – $1.75 per pound

Sausage Making Services

Our fresh sausage processing is priced at $3.50 per pound, with endless customization options.
