Standard Pack:
- 2 AAA Rib Beef Steaks
- 2 Packs of Pork Chops, 2 per pack
- 2 Large Chicken Breasts
- 2 Lbs of Bacon
- 2 Packs Beef Burger Patties
- 2 Packs Ground Beef or Ground Pork
- 1 Pack Jalapeno Smokies, 4 per pack
- 6 Packs Homemade Fresh Sausage:
- Maple Breakfast 10 per pack
- Dinner Sausage 4 big sausages per pack
- Cumberland
- Bratwurst
- English Bangers
- Mild Italian
- Curry Fennel
All raised on our farm, Shuswap Meats with natural fee and lots of garden stuff. All hand raised and free ranged. We have been farming for 17 years and all is processed in our health inspected facility, on site, in our butcher shop. Reinhardt is our sausage maker and has 40 years experience making sausage from Germany. No filler our gluten is in our sausages.
Price is per box. 100% gluten free. Substitutions welcome if available.
